eZee Holds 9th Edition of Annual Gathering for Employees

As happens every year, eZee once again organized a get together for its employees. The Annual staff gathering took place on 15th November in the city of Surat and was held at a private venue providing the perfect space for more comfortable and festive way for the eZee Team to celebrate the occasion.

The event opened with a welcome speech from the Co-Founder and CTO of eZee, Mr. Vipul Kapoor, who spoke briefly about the company’s history and outlook for the coming year. The speech by the CTO was followed by presentations by heads of various departments and the official part of the event was concluded by Mr. Hitesh Patel appreciating the entire team of eZee for their hard work and making eZee today a well-established firm in the hospitality industry.

The event ended with gathering of team members from different departments and management.

Product Update: New Night Audit Reporting in eZee Absolute

eZee Absolute, Online Property Management System has been updated with brand new Night Audit Reporting feature. Night Audit reconciles and closes out the daily financial activity of the hotel for the day and is an important function in any of the hotel regardless of its type and size.

Our newly updated feature will allow the staff to send out night audit reports to the immediate superiors from the system itself. The staff can check all the report types to send all the reports or select the individual one depending on the requirement. You can add multiple email addresses and send the report to multiple staff members or departments based upon your discretion.

You can access the configuration panel from Configuration Panel >> Settings >> General >> Print & Email Settings Screen. (See Screenshot below)

Except for Front Desk Activities Report, every other report type can be checked or left unchecked. In addition, if there are no emails added in the Email Settings option in configuration then the system will automatically send the reports to the Default email added in the Hotel Information under General Information Tab.

Advantages of Night Audit Report.
  • This feature will enable hotels to send specific reports to management/owner when night audit is done.
  • Allows the hotel management to keep track of daily financial activities.
  • Once set, the system will send reports on daily basis.
  • In case the system goes down, the staff will still have access to reports allowing them to continue their daily operations without any problem.

Ctrip Complete 2-Way XML Integration with eZee Centrix

Ctrip, China’s leading travel service enterprise has completed integration with eZee Centrix, channel manager from eZee Technosys to offer superior two-way XML connection to its growing number of distribution channels. This will allow properties to make updates with real-time information Availability, Rate and Inventory via eZee Centrix. The smoother flow of data between the distribution platform and channel manager will not only update the property PMS immediately but also improve the customer experience.

eZee Signs Exclusive Reseller in Kuwait

eZee expands further in middle east with exclusive partnership with United Quality in the country of Kuwait. United Quality is going to exclusively market and resell eZee BurrP! and eZee iMenu in the country. The organization located in city of Kuwait, provides comprehensive range of solutions for human resources, restaurant management, customer relation management and storage and data warehousing.
