The Chocolate Room at National Sports Club of India Implements eZee BurrP!

The Chocolate Room opens its latest cafe at National Sports Club of India in Delhi and implements eZee BurrP! as their Cafe POS Software for their day to day operations.
The Chocolate Room India is chain of Cafe specialist in chocolate indulgence cafe that offers connoisseurs a unique chocolate experience. The chain of café does already operate more than 80 outlets across the country in which majority of them have adapted eZee BurrP! as their POS Software.
eZee BurrP! with its robust features will allow the staff to operate more efficiently in the fast paced environment and allow staff to focus more on their guest service. The latest outlet has also implemented Stock and Inventory Module with the POS which will allow the staff to track every ingredient in a recipe, which in turn allows them to better track costs and keep accurate count of stock levels at all times.
eZee BurrP! is currently functional in majority of the 80 plus outlets in India. eZee looks forward in providing 24x7 support to the new outlet as it has done for other outlets in the past.

Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel in Zanzibar adapts eZee FrontDesk and eZee BurrP!

Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel in the North of Zanzibar Island will now be using eZee FrontDesk and eZee BurrP! for managing their front office and restaurant operations respectively. NPK Technologies, eZee’s Channel Partner in the region implemented and providing training to the team of Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel.
The PMS eZee Frontdesk will aid the hotel staff with their day to day operations like check in- check- out, report generating etc. Furthermore the PMS has been integrated with third party accounting software and email notification software which will help the staff to manage the hotel accounts and send email notification to the guest directly from the system.
Renowned for their excellent cuisine, Ras Nungwi's Ubora Restaurant & Bar has been implemented with eZee BurrP! the restaurant management software to regulate entire restaurant operations like Table Management and Inventory and stock management.

New SMS Interfaces for eZee FrontDesk and eZee BurrP!

New SMS interfaces now available for eZee FrontDesk and eZee BurrP! For the hotels and restaurants to incorporate SMS notification enabling speed in their operations.
eZee completes integration of eZee FrontDesk - Hotel Management Software and eZee BurrP - Restaurant POS System with three new third party SMS service provider OOREDOO, MY SMS MANTRA and ABSPRO, leading bulk SMS service providers in the various region.
The hoteliers and restaurateurs can set SMS notification alerts at specific event in the systems. Once defined, the system will automatically send out SMS when the event takes place. For example, hoteliers can set SMS at the time of check-out with a specific template, once the guest checks out, he will receive SMS according to the from the hotel accordingly.
SMS is without a doubt one of the most cost effective way of marketing and integration with eZee FronDesk and eZee BurrP! will hoteliers and restaurateurs create a more engagement with guest and SMS within management to have better operational efficiencies.
